About Functional Air QLD

Functional Air QLD is a family-owned and locally-operated air conditioning business based in North Lakes, Queensland, and the word around the area is that they are a genuine local favourite. They look after split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, covering both domestic jobs and bigger projects across commercial, real estate and mechanical sectors. The team brings over 15 years in the trade, and it shows in the way they handle a job from the first quote right through to the final clean-up.

People who have had them out talk about the care taken before a tool is even picked up. We hear about owners who took the time to inspect a property in person and run through the options, so households understood exactly what system suited them and why. One local who gathered a stack of quotes before settling on Functional Air was impressed enough to recommend them to anyone weighing up a new system. For ducted replacements and tricky ceiling access, folks mention the crew working the problem out together rather than cutting corners, and keeping cabinetry and finishes safe in the process.

Names like Craig, Lucas, Tom, Bow, Aidan, Anthony and others come up often, and they are described as polite, punctual and happy to explain things along the way. Brands like Panasonic and Daikin get fitted, and we have heard good things about thorough deep cleans that clear out mould and freshen up the air. Communication runs through nearly every story people tell, from the first phone call for advice to the finished install. Property groups that work with them on bigger projects find them reliable and easy to deal with too.

They are a licensed team holding QBCC and ARCtick credentials, and free quotes are part of how they operate. Check in with them to talk through your system and contact them.
