The consensus around Corinda is that Jack turns up when he says he will and keeps people in the loop along the way. More than one person has mentioned the text messages and tracking app that let them know exactly when he'd arrive, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of booking a tradie. People who've had them out also point to tidy work, with any mess cleaned up before they leave, and jobs sorted efficiently the first time around. Several locals describe the rates as fair and the communication as easy from the first call.

Beyond air conditioning, the team handles general electrical jobs too, from downlights to power supply installs, and one business owner appreciated being told about some unsatisfactory earlier work before the new job went ahead. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it's an option to consider if something fails outside the usual hours, though timing is always best confirmed directly.

Opinions aren't entirely unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a job wrapped up or a call back. On the whole, though, Down To Earth has built a solid name locally for prompt, clean and professional work. Check in with them to talk through your air conditioning job and get in touch.
