About JCOOL Airconditioning & Refrigeration
JCOOL Airconditioning & Refrigeration is a name that comes up often when people around Garbutt and the wider Townsville area need a split system put in, an aircon fixed or a commercial setup sorted. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and take on commercial air conditioning work for homes and businesses alike, with free quotes on offer when you call.
Ask a regular who's had Jarrod and his team out and you'll hear the same things: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop from the first contact right through the job, and leave the place clean and tidy when they're done. One local mentioned a technician even rolled up a garden hose on the way out, which gives you a sense of how carefully they work. People talk about multi-room installs done neatly, aircons cleaned so they no longer smell of mould, and bigger shop fit-outs with multiple split and cassette units handled to the timeframe asked. Kayla and Patty on the admin side get a mention too for sorting bookings, parts and scheduling without fuss.
We've heard they'll respond to an urgent call-out when a unit gives up in the summer heat, and more than one person has said they wouldn't trust anyone else with both their home and their business. The kind of praise that keeps people coming back for the next job tends to be about fair pricing and genuinely friendly service rather than anything flashy.
If you're in Townsville or the surrounding area and need an air conditioning technician who communicates well and does careful work, JCOOL is worth a try to check in with them.
