The business operates across Toowoomba, Gatton, Highfields, Oakey, Pittsworth and Cambooya, covering both homes and commercial jobs.

Ask anyone who's had Paul out and the same things come up: he turns up right when he says he will, keeps you in the loop with a text on the way, and leaves the place clean when he's done. People talk about the clear communication most of all, whether it's Paul himself patiently answering questions on the phone or one of the team like Corey or Alex arriving on time and getting on with it. There's plenty of word of mouth about them helping sort out a problem over the phone late at night, too, and about the younger apprentices being brought along and shown the ropes properly.

That dependable, no-fuss approach is why people keep calling them back for the next job. Locals mention fair, detailed quotes and work that gets done when promised, which counts for a lot when you're mid-renovation or sitting in a house with no power. They carry a 24/7 emergency service for the urgent stuff, so it's an option to consider to check availability if you need someone out in a hurry.
