About Southern Stars Air Conditioning Electrical Solar & Smart Home

Southern Stars Air Conditioning Electrical Solar & Smart Home is the kind of air conditioning technician business that people in Harristown, Queensland keep coming back to. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work, and ask people who've used them and you'll hear the same thing: from the first phone call to the office, through the quote on site, to the day the install goes in, the communication just keeps flowing. One local went back and forth a few times to settle on the right plan and found the team patient about it the whole way through.

The reputation around town is that this is a crew who turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place clean and tidy when the job's done. Several people mention the tradies as polite and courteous, the sort who talk you through how everything works once it's running and test it all before they pack up. One household with a 100 year old Queenslander was relieved the team took care not to compromise the old home with the new gear, which tells you something about how they approach a tricky install.

Names like Adam, Ethan and Jarred come up again and again as people folks have had out, and the office staff get just as much praise as the ones on the tools. One local has mentioned a warranty claim being sorted fully and without fuss, which is the kind of thing that turns a one-off job into a yearly servicing arrangement. They're known for fair, competitive quotes too, and they do offer emergency call-outs if something goes down. The car park, entrance and facilities are wheelchair accessible.

If you want a local team for your aircon in Harristown, give Southern Stars a call and check in with them.
