About Fallon Solutions

Fallon Solutions is a multi-trade business based in Mansfield, Queensland, and air conditioning is a solid part of what they do. If you need a split system put in, a ducted setup sorted, or an existing unit repaired, serviced or cleaned, they handle it for both homes and businesses. They have been going for a decade now, and alongside the aircon work they cover plumbing, electrical, solar, drainage and hot water, which is handy when a job turns out to involve more than one trade.

The general view around Mansfield is that the little things are done well here. People talk about technicians turning up when they said they would, keeping in touch by text and phone so you know who is coming and roughly when, and leaving the place clean and tidy once they finish. One local mentioned how much a technician respected the household, the dog and the wildlife, and tidied up afterwards so the work looked the part. That sort of care comes up again when folks describe having a system serviced and cleaned: technicians explaining what they are doing and why, rather than just getting in and out.

Check with those who've used them and you'll hear the same thing about the booking side too. People appreciate the friendly voice on the phone, the heads-up message before someone arrives, and getting a time that actually suits. One household had an aircon job explained clearly from start to finish and came away feeling they understood their own system better than before. Problems getting fixed properly on the first visit is something that keeps coming up as well.

A quick note on access: the Mansfield site has a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance. For aircon work, it is an option to consider to talk through what you need and get in touch.
