About Lawson Air Conditioning

Lawson Air Conditioning handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work for homes and businesses around Mansfield, Queensland. It's the kind of air conditioning technician people call back for the next job, and once you hear how they go about their work, it's easy to see why.

The quoting and design side of things brings good word about Lawson Air Conditioning in Mansfield. Dean comes up often as someone who takes the time to come out, listen to what you actually want and explain the options clearly, including what will and won't work and why. Shane is mentioned in much the same way, patient through tricky situations and happy to go back to the drawing board when a job throws up surprises. People appreciate that the costs and scope get spelled out properly before anyone starts, so there are no shocks along the way. The word is they can run a touch dearer than some, but plenty of locals reckon the result is worth it.

The installation crews get just as much praise. Mick, Ian, Noah, Josh, Luke, Jack and others are described as efficient, polite and well presented, with real attention to detail on awkward jobs like retrofits into old cavity brick homes where there's limited room to work. One local was pleased they parked on the street rather than the verge, kept the music off and the language clean, and wore hearing protection. The clean-up comes up time and again too, with crews taking all the rubbish and tidying inside and out before they leave.

Servicing is handled with the same care, with techs like Caleb and Alvin checking over ducted systems and sorting any issues. People mention the team turns up on time and keeps in touch, and they do emergency call-outs as well. If you need advice or a quote on a new system or a repair, give Lawson Air a call to sort out the timing.
