About Climatech

Climatech has been working the Sunshine Coast for twenty-five years, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work for homes and businesses around Marcoola, Queensland. They also take on refrigeration jobs, and the work spans everything from a single reverse cycle unit to a full ducted system in a tricky home.

That tricky-home side is where people really rate them. We've heard about a challenging job with a multi-pitched roof and plenty of windows that a few other companies had waved off as too hard; Climatech took the time to work out what the owners wanted and got multiple units in with both function and looks sorted. A customer who had a full ducted system put in spoke of a crew that works well together, keeps things tidy and leaves a result they're pleased with a year on. One local put it simply: efficient, speedy and professional, even on a brutally hot day.

They're known for turning up on time, keeping you in the loop over the phone and through the job, and leaving the place clean when they're done. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, and we've heard about them responding quickly during the worst of the storm season and dealing straight with insurers. They'll give you a free, no-obligation quote too, so it's worth asking.

Opinion isn't entirely one-sided, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a reply to an email after an install. Still, Climatech remains a familiar and well-liked name locally. Ask for a quote to talk through your system and check their availability.
