Why Choose Air Con Clean Brisbane?
Air Con Clean Brisbane is highly regarded locally for thorough, professional work on split and ducted systems. Glen's attention to detail and clear communication, explaining the job as he goes and turning up on time, consistently earn praise, and their careful cleaning leaves systems visibly healthier rather than cosmetically tidied.
About Air Con Clean Brisbane
Air Con Clean Brisbane gets split systems and ducted air conditioning properly clean, not just a quick spray and a squirt of deodoriser. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted work too, but it's the thorough cleaning that people around North Lakes talk about. One local had a ducted system that hadn't been touched in ten years and was in a bad way; by the time the job was done they were amazed at the difference.
A big part of why people call them back is Glen, one of their technicians, whose name comes up constantly. He turns up when he says he will, explains what needs doing before he starts, and stays until the job is finished even when it runs well over the expected time because a unit is dirtier than anyone realised. People mention he covers furniture fully before he begins and leaves everything neat, with the sort of preparation and attention to detail you don't always see. Booking is handled smoothly by Leanne, and the back-and-forth from first enquiry through to the finished job tends to be clear and friendly.
What households keep noticing is how different the results are: mould and built-up grime gone from inside the units rather than a filter rinse, and a steam clean process that suits anyone wary of harsh chemicals. More than one person has mentioned being let down by another company first and being relieved to find Air Con Clean did the work properly. The pricing sits in fair territory too.
To be fair, we've heard the odd grumble about an appointment being moved around and a final bill coming in higher than the quote, so it's worth confirming the scope and price when you book. For most people in North Lakes, though, this is the air conditioning technician they call again. Get in touch and check timing when you get in touch.

Frequently Asked Questions About Air Con Clean Brisbane
They cover split system installation, repairs and servicing, plus ducted air conditioning work. What locals in North Lakes talk about most is the thoroughness of their cleaning, going well beyond a quick spray and deodoriser to actually clear out mould and built-up dirt from split systems and ducted units, even ones that have been neglected for years.
Glen is the technician whose name comes up again and again. He's described as turning up on time, explaining what needs doing before he starts, covering furniture to protect it, and being careful and efficient on the job. Leanne handles bookings and enquiries and is noted for being helpful and responsive on the phone.
Yes, this is one of the things people in North Lakes consistently point out. Glen walks clients through what he's going to do before starting, talks through issues as he finds them such as mould or a leak, and answers questions about the equipment along the way, so there are no surprises by the time the job is finished.
Very thorough by most accounts. One ducted system that hadn't been cleaned in ten years and was in a bad state came up looking dramatically different afterwards. Several jobs on heavily mould-affected or dirty split systems and a portable unit have been brought back to a clean, properly working condition rather than just having filters wiped and deodoriser sprayed on.
Call or book through their website and let them know whether it's a split system, ducted system or portable unit, how long since it was last cleaned or serviced, and any issues like leaks, odours or visible mould. Leanne can talk you through service options over the phone, and having access to the unit ready for the appointment helps the job run smoothly.
