About Bauer Mackay

Bauer Mackay is a small, locally owned business based in North Mackay, Queensland, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing for homeowners and landlords. Their own team describes the business as an electrical outfit that also looks after small jobs like ceiling fans, lighting and wireless smoke alarms, and they travel throughout the region including to Bowen, Nebo and Sarina. If you need a few units put in or an existing system sorted, this is the kind of air conditioning technician that delivers service.

The word around Mackay is that Matt and the team turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop as they go. People who've had them out mention the tidy work especially: units positioned where they make sense, the place left as if nobody had been there, and helpful tips on keeping the systems running well afterward. One local had three air conditioners installed and remarked on how quietly and efficiently the boys worked. Others talk about problems diagnosed and fixed without dragging on, and a fair quote with no nasty surprises.

Aimee comes up again and again when people describe sorting out bookings and arranging payment, with several locals saying days and times were easy to lock in. The apprentices get a good wrap too, which says something about how the whole team goes about a job. We have heard the odd grumble about weekday scheduling not always suiting full-time workers, so it is worth asking about timing when you call.

For split system work in Mackay and the surrounding towns, Bauer Mackay has earned a solid name. Contact them or check in with them to talk through what you need.
