About Hudson Air Conditioning

Hudson Air Conditioning has built a strong name for itself around Mackay, and it is easy to see why people keep calling them back. Todd brings 13 years in the refrigeration trade to the business, which handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work for homes and businesses across Mackay and the surrounds. They supply and fit Toshiba and Carrier split systems and ducted units, and will also carry out pre-purchase inspections if you want a unit checked before you buy.

What locals tend to mention first is how smooth the whole job feels, from the first quote through to the final install. The office team keeps people in the loop every step of the way, and one customer has singled out Vanessa for sorting appointments quickly, even fielding messages over a weekend to get a rental booked in sooner. Out on the tools, the crew turns up when they say they will and takes the time to answer questions and explain what they are doing. Names like Summer, Travis, Callum and Marcus come up again and again as polite, capable technicians who know their trade and leave the place tidy. One household even reckoned their German Shepherd looked forward to seeing the installers each morning.

People talk about work being done properly the first time, whether that is a warranty repair, an annual service to get things ready for summer, or a full install of multiple units. The impression around Mackay is that the prices are fair and the service honest, with plenty of folks saying they will be back for regular servicing from now on. They offer emergency call-outs and free quotes, and they are a licensed and insured team.

It is a sensible option to check when they can fit you in.
