The local view around Raceview is that these folks know their way around air conditioners. People who've had them out appreciate how they turn up when they say they will, keep in touch through the job, and leave the place clean and tidy afterwards. One local was impressed by how patiently the team listened to questions before helping settle on the right system for a large open-plan space, and more than one person has pointed to neat ducting work and a tidy finish. There's praise too for the quoting process, with clearly itemised options laid out and fair pricing, so there's no feeling rushed or pressured.

Chris and the office crew come up often in a good way, from the first quote through to handover. Folks who have replaced an old ducted system or chased down a tricky refrigerant leak talk about getting a thorough, professional job and sensible options rather than being put in the too-hard basket. As with any busy trade there's the occasional grumble about how a problem was handled, but one customer has used GT Air for all of their air-conditioning needs for years.

With over two decades behind them, GT Air is a good choice for air conditioning in the Ipswich region. Check in with them to talk through your system and get in touch.
