About River City Airconditioning

River City Airconditioning is a family-owned business working out of Ipswich, and it has built a solid name across Raceview and the surrounding parts of Queensland for split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning and refrigeration work.

Talk to anyone who's had them out and the first thing they mention is how smoothly the whole job runs, from the first phone call to the last test of the new unit. The office staff come up again and again, with Rachael and the team known for keeping people informed through booking, parts and scheduling. On the tools, technicians like Trent, Harry, Gavin, Scott and Arama have a reputation for turning up when they say they will, explaining how the system works, and leaving the place tidy. One local has mentioned the crew taking away old units and packaging, careful not to make a mess, and running through everything before they leave.

People talk warmly about the honest approach too, with the team assessing a problem, giving a straight opinion and chasing down parts even for older systems. The impression around the area is that prices are fair and the work is neat, right down to the pipework and electrics. One person has weighed up quotes elsewhere, so it is worth asking plenty of questions up front about pricing and any call-out fee so you know where you stand.

For a cooling or heating problem at home or a commercial site, River City Airconditioning is a local name a sensible option. Ask them for a quote and check timing when you book.
