Why Choose Core Electrical & Air?

Core Electrical & Air is highly regarded locally for split system and ducted air conditioning work that comes in on time and to quote. Corey and his team are known for communicating clearly, leaving the place tidy, and handling repairs and installations with attention to detail.

About Core Electrical & Air

Core Electrical & Air has built a real name for itself around Shailer Park, and it's easy to see why. This is a family-owned business handling split system installation, ducted air conditioning and the repairs and servicing in between, with Corey and his team doing work people happily recommend to friends, neighbours and building managers alike.

Ask the people who've had them out and the same things come up: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place neat and tidy when they're done. We hear the bill lands where the quote sat, which counts for a lot when you're weighing up a repair against a new unit. More than one local has mentioned Corey taking the time to diagnose a fault on an existing system and talk through whether it's worth fixing before suggesting a replacement, which is the kind of honest approach that keeps people calling him back for the next job. One described the whole thing as an excellent experience the whole way through.

The work isn't limited to homes either. Property managers and building managers lean on the team for servicing, maintenance and compliance jobs, and they're known for responding quickly and sorting things without fuss. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it's a sensible option to check availability if something gives out at an awkward time.

Their electricians are fully licensed and insured, holding an Electrical Contractors Licence, an ARC Refrigerant Trading Authority and QBCC registration. If you're after an air conditioning technician in Shailer Park who does careful work and stands behind their quotes, Core Electrical & Air is worth a try.
