Logan Air & Electrical

Logan Air & Electrical, owned and operated by Jacob and Brialee, has quietly become a real local favourite around Shailer Park. Jacob heads up the installs and repairs while Brialee runs the front office, and check with those who've had them out and the pairing comes up again and again: friendly, efficient and easy to deal with from the first phone call through to the finished job.

They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, and being a licensed air conditioning and electrical business, they take on jobs others might shy away from. One local had an installation several companies called too tricky, and Jacob took it on and made it look effortless. People appreciate that he turns up when he says he will, keeps them in the loop, explains how the system works and leaves the place tidy afterwards.

The impression around the area is that they get it sorted properly the first time, whether it is a straightforward split system or a ducted job across a whole house. More than one local has mentioned a fault being dealt with promptly, and Jacob clearly earns the repeat work, with at least one household signing him on for regular maintenance. They cover residential and commercial customers across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast, offer free, no-obligation quotes and run a 24/7 emergency service for breakdowns.

Fair, transparent pricing is a thread that runs through everything people say about them, alongside the sense that they are genuinely honest and patient. If you need an air conditioner installed, serviced or repaired in Shailer Park, give Jacob and Brialee a call and contact them.
