About Arctic Cold Refrigeration

Arctic Cold Refrigeration has been keeping South East Queensland cool for some 45 years, a family-owned air conditioning and commercial refrigeration business working out of Urraween, Queensland. Ask anyone who's had them out and the first thing you hear is how easy the whole thing feels from start to finish, from the first phone call through to the day the installers arrive.

The team handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, and commercial jobs, and they also take emergency breakdown call-outs. Wayne's name comes up for patiently walking people through their options and sorting the quote, while Julie and Lyn in the office are known for keeping folks informed and answering questions without any fuss. On the tools, people mention technicians like Jackson turning up on time, explaining what's gone wrong in plain terms and leaving the place clean. More than one household here has had a Daikin ducted or split system put in and been glad of it through both the hot and the cold months.

They carry QBCC, electrical and ARCtick licensing, and they offer free quotes with upfront pricing. We've heard the odd grumble about a tricky drain job not going smoothly, but that runs against the grain of what locals generally say about them. Emergency and after-hours call-outs are available, though it's worth ringing to check timing for your situation.

Arctic Cold looks after the work they've done. Contact them or check in with them.
