About O'Brien Electrical & Solar

O'Brien Electrical & Solar handles split system air conditioning in Pialba, Queensland, covering fresh installations, repairs and servicing. People across the area call them back for the next job, and it's plain why.

The work they do tends to leave a good impression. Locals talk about technicians who turn up when they said they would, keep you in the loop from quoting through to installation, and sort the problem on the first visit rather than dragging things out. One person was touched that the technician slipped his boots off before stepping inside, and more than one home has been left spotless after a service, inside and out. We've heard about multiple split units installed and cleaned in a single go, and about the team coming back later to add plumbed drainage when a setup needed tweaking.

The office side gets a good wrap too, with bookings arranged quickly and staff described as friendly and easy to deal with. A retiree with a long career in the building trade reckoned the sales staff, tradesmen and administration crew were all thoroughly professional. We'll be honest, one person had a rough run with scheduling and communication when a two-day job stalled partway, so if timing matters to you it's worth confirming the plan up front. That aside, the impression around Pialba leans strongly in their favour.

The premises offer a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance. If you need a split system installed, repaired or serviced, get in touch or contact them.

Frequently Asked Questions About O'Brien Electrical & Solar

: O'Brien Electrical & Solar covers split system air conditioning from fresh installations through to repairs and servicing. Local jobs mentioned include new split system installs, multi-unit servicing of two, three or even six units at once, and follow-up work such as adding drainage to downpipes after an installation. Pialba households also call them back for repeat work once an older system eventually gives out.
: Locals describe the process running smoothly from quoting through to installation, with clear communication along the way. One Pialba job had only a short wait between booking and the work being carried out. Technicians explain what they are doing on site, and the team has been known to go back and fix a related issue, like adding drainage, after the original install.
: Yes, being on time is one of the things locals consistently point to. Locals describe technicians arriving at the agreed time for both installations and servicing visits, and several say the business has remained punctual and reliable across repeat jobs over the years, including repairs and later a full system replacement.
: Tidiness is a recurring theme. Technicians have been described as leaving both the inside and outside of the house clean after servicing split systems, and one even removed his boots before stepping inside. After installs and repairs, locals note the work area was left spotless rather than needing a clean-up themselves.
: Contact O'Brien Electrical & Solar directly to arrange a quote for installation, repair or servicing of a split system. It helps to have details ready such as the number of units, the make or model if known, and access to the property, since past jobs have ranged from single-unit servicing to installing multiple new split systems in one visit.
