The team brings more than thirty years of experience across all aspects of air conditioning, and it shows in the way jobs are planned and finished.

Paolo's name comes up again and again, and people who've had the team out speak warmly of how carefully they listen before suggesting a solution, whether that's matching a system to an older home with high ceilings and open living, or sorting out zoned control you can run from your phone. We hear they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place spotless at the end of each day. More than one local has mentioned a fair, reasonable price alongside work they could trust.

They're known for sorting repairs quickly when a system drops out, and the business offers emergency call-outs if you're stuck. Artic Air holds the licensing required for refrigerant handling through the Australian Refrigerant Council, an electrical licence, and full public liability insurance.

Ask anyone who's used them and you'll hear the same: knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with, with technicians who'll even swing back to show you how the controller works.
