About Sparrow Electrical and Refrigeration

Sparrow Electrical and Refrigeration has built a strong name around Lonsdale and the southern suburbs of Adelaide, and ask anyone who's had them out for air conditioning work and you'll hear the same thing: this is a team that does what it says it will. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, working with homes and on larger projects across South Australia, including design, installation and commissioning of air-conditioning and mechanical systems.

What people keep coming back to is how smoothly the whole thing runs. The crew turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the work area spotless when they're done. More than one local has mentioned getting the fault sorted on the first visit, and the impression around the southern suburbs is that they handle urgent air con trouble quickly, which counts for a lot heading into a run of forty-degree days. One person who needed help over the Christmas break was genuinely surprised at how fast Jake came out and had the issue fixed at a fair price.

The names that come up again and again are Jake, Josh and Travis out on the tools, and Katy handling the bookings over the phone. People mention Katy ringing back with a solution when parts for an old unit couldn't be found and happily fitting the job around their schedule. That kind of honest, no-fuss approach is why households get in touch back for the next job and tell their family and friends about them. They work on everything from a tricky mains job under a concrete driveway to a straightforward service, and they're described as friendly, efficient and easy to deal with throughout.

They offer emergency call-outs and free quotes. If you need a split system installed, repaired or serviced around Lonsdale, give Sparrow a call and ask them to come and take a look.
