About Boutique Heating and Cooling

Boutique Heating and Cooling looks after homeowners and property managers across Melbourne's South East, and the local view around Carrum Downs is a good one. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and they'll come out for a service on an older unit just as readily as fit a full new setup.

Check with those who've had them out and the same things come up: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop through the job, and leave the place clean when they pack down. People appreciate that the bill matches the quote, with no surprises added on. The crew, Brenton and technicians like Curtis, Alfie, Yusuf and Omar, get mentioned by name for being friendly and thorough, explaining what they're doing as they go. One local described a tricky job replacing under-house ducting and a split system as done to a very high standard, which tells you they don't shy away from the awkward work.

They do free quotes and offer emergency call-outs, so it's a sensible option if your heating cuts out in the middle of winter. We've heard of them squeezing a household in quickly when they'd been left without heating. The odd grumble surfaces about a return visit not sorting a problem first time, but that's against a steady run of people happy to have them back for the next job.

For reliable, tidy heating and cooling work in Carrum Downs and the surrounding South East suburbs, give Boutique Heating and Cooling a call to talk through your options.
