On Time, Kept in TouchFixed First Time

Why Choose Priority 1 Climate Solutions?

Priority 1 handles split and ducted systems across the board, heating, cooling, evaporative units and Brivis gear in particular. Their technicians show up on time, communicate clearly about what needs doing, and finish the job properly the first time.

About Priority 1 Climate Solutions

Priority 1 Climate Solutions handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, for homes around Carrum Downs, Victoria. They take on the full range too, from evaporative cooling to gas ducted heating units, and the verdict around the area is that they know their Brivis systems inside out.

Ask the people who've had them out and a few names come up warmly. Morgan and the crew get a mention for being hard-working and straight with people, and Richard is the sort of technician folks remember for turning up on time and taking the trouble to explain what's actually wrong and what it will cost before he starts. We've heard good things too about Dylan, Corey and the wider team, who tend to leave a job tidy and tested before they head off.

What keeps coming up is the combination of punctuality and clear communication: people appreciate being kept in the loop, and more than one local has had a tricky repair sorted first time. When a replacement circuit board proved stubborn on one ducted heater, the team kept coming back and sorting it at no charge until it was right, which says plenty about how they handle the harder jobs.

One household did feel a repair quote climbed higher than expected, so it is worth asking for a clear quote up front, but that runs against the grain of what most people say. For split or ducted work in Carrum Downs, they are worth considering. Reach out to book a job or ask about timing.
