Why Choose Unitests?

Unitests is known locally for showing up on time and doing what they promise, a real drawcard for those who've had trouble elsewhere. The team works across split systems, ducted units, gas heaters, evaporative coolers and commercial work, and customers consistently single out their clear communication and fair pricing. They offer free quotes and handle emergency call-outs.

About Unitests

Unitests handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work right across Cheltenham and the wider Melbourne area, and the word around here is that they're a safe pair of hands after a bad run with someone else. More than one local has come to them having been burnt before, and found the job done quickly and at a fair price. The team brings more than 30 years' experience in the HVAC and plumbing trade, and they work on gas heaters, evaporative coolers, reverse cycle and ducted systems as well.

What people appreciate keeps coming back to a few simple things: turning up when they said they would, keeping in touch about arrival times, and explaining the work plainly as it happens. Josh's name comes up again and again for arriving on time, getting straight into it and giving genuinely useful advice, from not oversizing a new heater to pointing someone toward a carbon monoxide monitor. Richard gets a mention too for showing up as promised and walking through exactly what a service includes, and people have found Tim easy to deal with on the phone and quick to arrange someone out. Patricia has helped more than one person find a slot at short notice.

Several locals mention the bill landing where the quote said it would, and that tidy, considered approach is part of why people pass their details on to family. They're fully licensed plumbers and insured, offer no-obligation quotes and will attend emergency call-outs. The odd grumble has surfaced around office communication on a larger install and a second call-out charge, so it's worth confirming costs and timing up front, but the broad picture is a well-liked team that gets good outcomes.

For a tricky ducted system or a heater that's packed it in, Unitests is an air conditioning technician in Cheltenham plenty of people here happily recommend. Get in touch to check in with them.
