About Middleton's HeatnCool

Middleton's HeatnCool is an air conditioning contractor based in Colac, Victoria, and the general view around town is that they handle the full range of split system work: installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning for homes and businesses across the area.

People who have had them out talk about a team that turns up when they say they will and keeps you in the loop from the first phone call through to the finished job. We've heard more than once about trickier installs, the sort with limited access or awkward spots, being worked through with clear advice and a steady approach. Dan Middleton gets a particular mention as being good to deal with, and Jody is often named as the person who organises things and stays in touch well after the job is done. Several locals point to problems being sorted properly the first time, which counts for a lot when you need heating or cooling sorted before the season turns.

That local connection comes up again and again, and it's part of why people get in touch back and pass the name on to neighbours. The odd grumble about getting a call back has surfaced, but that runs against the grain of what most people say about dealing with them.

If you are in or around Colac and need a split system installed, a ducted setup looked at, or a repair booked in, Middleton's HeatnCool is worth a try. Contact them and check timing with them directly, as the start of the cooler months tends to be their busiest stretch.
