Why Choose Air Con Solutions?

Air Con Solutions has spent 15 years building a strong reputation across Melbourne and regional Victoria for split and ducted air conditioning installation, repair and servicing. Their team are known for turning up on time, communicating clearly through every job, keeping the work area tidy, and diagnosing and fixing issues properly the first time. They offer emergency call-outs when systems fail.

About Air Con Solutions

Air Con Solutions has built a solid name around Moonee Ponds over fifteen years, and the work they do covers the lot: split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning for homes and businesses. Grant, who founded the business, brings more than 25 years in the air conditioning trade, and that depth shows up in the kind of jobs people call him for. They are an ARC Authorised team working from a Moonee Ponds base, with technicians covering the greater Melbourne area and surrounding regions including Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo.

What locals keep coming back to is Grant's willingness to solve the tricky stuff others wave off. More than one person has described turning up with an unusual request, an old Brivis thermostat they wanted to make smart, a discontinued control panel fried in a storm, only to be told elsewhere it couldn't be done. Grant found a way. We've heard about him keeping a supply of discontinued panels on hand to save people the cost of a full upgrade, and about him talking through solutions over the phone before anyone even books a call-out. His technicians get a mention too, with Brad credited for diagnosing issues a previous visit had missed.

People who've had them out swear by the communication. One customer mentioned the texts letting them know exactly when installers would arrive, the tidy work, and quotes that came in more cost-effective than what they'd been told elsewhere. One local put it simply: professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. The business also handles emergency call-outs, and folk have been grateful to see Grant turn up even in a flat-out Christmas rush.

The word around Moonee Ponds is that this is a team you call back for the next job. If you need honest advice or a system that actually suits your home, contact them and have a chat with them about what you're after.

Professionalism

“Professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. After having had some work done to my AirCon unit and a quote from another company for repairs, I contacted Air Con Solutions and found them to be more reliable, easier to deal with and they came up with a much more cost effective resolution to the necessary work.”

Service

“Fantastic service, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and explains everything to you. Grant came out to look at our Daikin heating and cooling system.”

Speed

“We had the pleasure of having our split system installed by the team at Aircon Solutions in February. On Grant's advice we had five units installed, to cover all the zones of our house. I was impressed how quickly the quote and installation was completed.”
