About Forest Hill Air Conditioning Services

Forest Hill Air Conditioning Services is a family-owned business in Croydon, Victoria that has been operating since 1990, bringing over 25 years of experience in the trade. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and commercial air conditioning, with a particular specialty in air conditioning and refrigeration for pubs and hospitality venues, including installations, upgrades, maintenance and cool-room servicing.

Ask anyone who's used them and the name Shane comes up quickly. People who've had them out describe a team that turns up on time, keeps you in the loop and leaves the place clean and tidy when the job's done. There's a real respect locally for the honest advice: more than one person tells of Shane talking through what they actually needed rather than the biggest sale, and taking the time to explain a new system once it's in. We've heard of work that had been done poorly elsewhere being sorted out properly, and even a return visit after an install to improve something the team wasn't fully happy with.

The work itself covers plenty of ground, from replacing tired old evaporative cooling and gas ducted heating with zoned reverse cycle setups to getting a unit running again on a scorching summer day. Shane and Jordan are the names people mention most, and locals keep calling them back over the years for the next job. The business carries insurance and offers emergency call-outs, so it's worth ringing to check timing for your situation. Croydon households and hospitality venues after a straight-talking air conditioning technician would do well to contact them for a quote.
