He takes the time to explain what needs doing, lays out the options and makes recommendations to suit the household, which locals clearly appreciate. We've heard about everything from minor repairs on an evaporative cooler to a full split system and ducted replacement after an old system died, and the word is that the team turns up on time, works efficiently and leaves the place clean and tidy. One local who moved into an older home described them as professional and up front about costs when they got the ducted heating tested before winter.

Brad and Travis are both mentioned for sorting out a faulty split system quickly and getting things running again, with a friendly, informative manner that puts people at ease. Plenty of households here plan to check in with them back for the next job, which tells you a lot. The team carries refrigeration and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical licences, so they can take on the electrical side of a job too.
