About Settlement Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Settlement Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a family-owned business working across Pakenham, Victoria. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and they also take on ducted heating, evaporative cooling and general plumbing for homes and businesses. The team brings 30 years of experience in all types of plumbing, and it shows in the way they approach a tricky fix.

A few things come up again and again about Steve. People who've had him out mention that he turns up when he says he will, keeps them posted on his arrival time by text, and leaves the place clean and tidy. There's a strong thread about honesty too: he quotes upfront and the bill matches it, with no surprise extras. More than one local has valued that he looks to fix rather than replace when he can, even chasing down a hard-to-find part for an older heater instead of pushing a whole new unit.

We've heard he's done emergency call-outs and found a way to squeeze people in when their heater died on a cold morning, which counts for a lot when there's a young family at home. His work on split systems, gas cooktops and hot water systems gets the same kind of warm mention, and one local who has used him over many years still rates him their first call.
