About Holloway Air & Electrical

Holloway Air & Electrical is a family-run business working out of East Bendigo, and the word around the region is that they are the ones people turn to when they want cooling and heating done properly. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with evaporative coolers, hot water systems and emergency breakdowns, and they work on homes across Bendigo and the surrounding areas.

Ask those who've had them out and you'll hear the same thing: the team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the place clean and tidy. People who've had a split system or ducted unit put in talk about how smoothly it all goes, with the crew explaining each step and answering questions without making you feel rushed. One local who had a two-head split system installed described the whole process as fast and well handled from the first phone call, and that sort of experience seems to repeat itself. When something goes wrong, they get on with it rather than mucking around, and more than one person has mentioned being up and running again quickly after a heater or hot water system failed on them.

A few names come up warmly among the people they've helped. Carla and the office team get credit for being switched on and prompt, and technicians like Ben, Maddi, Zac and Nick have all earned thanks for being polite, thorough and happy to walk you through the work. There's a real sense that this is a crew who take the extra step, especially with systems like evaporative that not everyone is familiar with.

Not everyone has walked away thrilled; there's been the odd grumble about pricing on a breakdown repair and a call-back that didn't go as hoped. Even so, people here keep coming back to Holloway for the next job. They can give you a tailored quote with no hidden charges, and it's a sensible option to sort out timing and what suits your home.
