About McCaig Air Conditioning

McCaig Air Conditioning looks after homes and businesses right across regional Victoria, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and larger commercial work. From East Bendigo they turn their hand to everything from a single reverse cycle unit to full fit-outs in hospitals and industrial complexes, so there's real range to what they take on. The team brings more than 50 years' experience installing and servicing, and they hold an RTA licence.

People who've had them out speak warmly about the whole run of the job, from the first assessment and quote through to the installers turning up early and working through to get the unit fitted properly. Names like Josh on the sales side and Pam in the office come up often, and we hear the technicians take the time to walk you through how a new system works before they leave. One local had an old ducted system they thought was finished brought back to life, which says plenty about the know-how on the vans.

Locals will tell you the communication goes down well here: they keep in touch, turn up when they say they will, and often sort the problem on the first visit. The work has a thorough, tidy feel to it, with care taken on jobs in heritage homes where the look of the rooms matters. They offer on-call after-hours support too, so it's worth checking timing with them directly when you ring.

If you need a system installed, serviced or repaired around Bendigo, McCaig is a familiar and well-trusted name to call for a quote.
