About Cool Control Air conditioning

Cool Control Air conditioning handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted and reverse cycle systems, and commercial work for homes and businesses around Elwood, Victoria. They put in and look after systems from a range of leading brands, and they take on emergency breakdowns when a unit packs it in.

The talk around Elwood is that Nathan does careful, tidy work. People who've had him out mention split systems installed neatly, with the work space left clean and the finished job running exactly as described. One local still had a unit going strong years after Nathan first fitted it, then called him back for a second. That kind of return visit tells you plenty, and folks also like that he turns up when he says he will and keeps them in the loop from the quote through to the final bill, which lands where it was quoted.

Something else that comes up: honesty about what actually needs doing. More than one person has mentioned Nathan pointing out that a unit was still under manufacturer warranty and steering them to the maker rather than charging for a call-out, and being straight about what needs attention now versus what can wait. He also gives genuine advice on products and on looking after a system once it's in.

Opinion isn't unanimous, and a couple of people have found the communication harder going, so it's fair to say locals aren't entirely of one mind here. Still, the bulk of what you hear leans firmly positive. If you need a split system, ducted or commercial air conditioning sorted in the Elwood area, Cool Control is an option to consider for a quote.
