About Ackland Air Conditioning & Electrical

Ask anyone around Frankston who's had Nick Ackland out and you'll hear the same thing: he turns up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop, and does a tidy job. Ackland Air Conditioning & Electrical handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning across Frankston, Victoria, for homes and businesses alike. Nicholas Ackland, who founded the business, is a refrigeration technician and certified A Grade Electrician, which is why local work spans both aircon and the electrical side, from new units to switchboards and light fittings.

What people call him back for is the honesty. One local rang about a split system dripping water and got talked through a simple fix over the phone, saving a call-out altogether. Another had Nick spot and sort a problem left behind by a previous installer, something that wasn't his to fix in the first place. That kind of straight-dealing, along with communication that locals single out again and again, is why the local view around the Peninsula is so warm.

The practical details stack up too. The team is known for arriving on time, leaving the place clean, and billing what was quoted with no surprises. They're a licensed and insured outfit, they offer free, no-obligation quotes, and emergency call-outs are available when something gives out at a bad time. From a multi-head setup to a full ducted system, people who've had Nick and the team out tend to say they'd use them again without hesitation.
