About Benair Plumbing & Refrigeration
Benair Plumbing & Refrigeration works across Golden Square and the wider Central Victoria area as heating and cooling specialists, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted air conditioning for homes and businesses. Evaporative cooling is something we hear about locally too, so they are a handy name to know whether you are putting in something new or nursing an older system through another summer.
People who have had them out tend to mention the team by name. Tony gets a mention for taking the time to explain the differences between ducted units before anyone commits, and Justin for turning up courteous, knowledgeable and happy to talk through what he was doing on the roof. One family had Noah come out one night to sort their swampy, which they appreciated. The crew doing installs is described as friendly and quick, working to a high standard, and considerate enough to stop and pat the dog on the way past.
Around here, folks note that the team turns up when they say they will, keeps in touch, and leaves the place tidy. Benair also offers free quotes, including a free inspection, so you can get a clear picture before any work starts. Opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a fault properly sorted on the first visit, so it's worth being clear about the issue when you call.
They keep regular weekday hours, so give them a ring to check availability and get in touch on your air conditioning in Golden Square.
