Several locals describe a prompt turnaround, with one job going from quote to install within just over a week, and installers described as thorough and professional without overselling. Other customers have reported poor follow-up once the invoice was paid, particularly around warranty-style issues, so it's worth clarifying after-install support before booking.
Locals describe call-outs where the technician diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, including one case where a non-working ducted gas heater was back on within minutes of the technician arriving, with the remote settings explained so the customer could manage it themselves next time.
At least one customer had a heating problem resolved through phone support alone, crediting a staff member by name for talking them through the fix from start to finish. If your issue might be a simple remote or settings problem, it's worth calling before booking an on-site visit.
