About Conway Heating & Cooling

Conway Heating & Cooling has built a strong name around McKinnon for split system installs, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, repairs and servicing, taking on both household and commercial jobs. They've been at it since 2004, and the word around this part of Melbourne is that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop from the quote through to the install.

A lot of what people mention comes back to the people. Jason is the one folks talk about for coming out quickly to quote a job, with the team following up on time to get the unit in. Stephen gets a good run too, with locals describing him as honest and patient, the kind of person who will troubleshoot an old controller or heating issue on the spot and explain things clearly for someone who doesn't know the terminology. One person who had a tricky remote problem said he chased it down and made sure it worked before he was done.

They're Arctick-licensed and registered, and an accredited provider under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. Emergency breakdowns and same-day work are part of what they offer, and they'll do a free home assessment and quote, so it's worth asking about timing and availability when you call. People also tend to mention fair, reasonable pricing without feeling pushed.

The odd grumble has surfaced over a longer-term repair not holding up, but that sits against a wide run of people who've had them back for the next job at home and for their business. If you need heating or cooling sorted in Melbourne, they're an option to consider.

What Customers Say on Google

Service

“Jason came out straight away quoted the job and the boys turned up on time installing a reverse cycle unit . Will definitely be using them again 5 star service and reasonable!”

Professionalism

“Stephen kindly assisted when the remote control on my (very old) Bonaire ducted heating stopped working. It was mid-winter and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately, including troubleshooting on the spot and then providing me with a replacement remote at no cost, even though the installation had been done many (>10) years prior by the previous owner.”

Speed

“They were so helpful and managed to fit me in straight away. I went to a few other companies for quotes locally, but this company was the best priced and could do it more quickly.”
