About SPR Plumbing & Refrigeration

For air conditioning in Moe and across the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland, SPR Plumbing & Refrigeration is a name that comes up again and again. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with commercial air conditioning for businesses in the area. People who have had them out keep coming back with the next job, which tells you plenty about how they work.

Locals will tell you the installs are done cleanly and on the dates quoted, and the team takes time to explain what they are doing as they go. We hear the tradesmen turn up when they say they will, keep in touch through the job, and leave the place tidy when they are finished. One local had Bailey out for a yearly split system service and came away reassured about the system's upkeep; another dealt with Jesse from quoting through to install and found him informative and prompt with a quote. Lisa in the office gets a mention too for being quick to respond and easy to deal with.

Several people point to fair, competitive pricing and jobs that get sorted properly the first time. It is a business that clearly takes pride in a neat result, whether that is a straightforward split system or a larger ducted heating and cooling upgrade.

Not every job runs perfectly, and we have heard the odd grumble about a tricky repair that took more than one visit to chase down. That said, the broad impression around the Valley is positive, and plenty of households and businesses recommend them without hesitation. If you need a quote or want to book a service, give SPR a call to check timing and availability.
