About Grey Shaw Cooling and Heating

Grey Shaw Cooling and Heating is a familiar name for air conditioning work in Traralgon, and the sense around Gippsland is that Matt is the reason people keep passing on his details. One local described contacting him about a central heating fault and being walked through a few troubleshooting steps over the phone before he came out, worked out the problem and showed photo evidence of the parts that needed replacing. That kind of care comes up again and again.

The business covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, handling residential, commercial and industrial jobs alike, including VRV and VRF systems and preventative maintenance. People who've had him out mention that he turns up when he says he will, keeps them informed through the job, and leaves the work clean and tidy. More than a few talk about fast diagnosis and problems sorted on the spot, including central heating that other tradies couldn't fix, and evaporative cooling brought back to life.

What really earns Grey Shaw repeat calls is the straight dealing. The bill matches the quote, you're checked in with before anything proceeds, and the team is ARC Authorised. One person who'd rung around appreciated that Matt actually attended the site to give a quote rather than asking them to sort out placement themselves. Another mentioned a quality Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit installed with the help of an electrician who clearly knew his stuff.

Free quotes are offered, and emergency call-outs are part of what they do, so it's worth checking timing with them directly. For cooling or heating in Traralgon, this is an air conditioning technician locals happily recommend.
