About Mercury Heating and Cooling

Mercury Heating and Cooling is a family-owned heating and cooling business based in Mordialloc, Victoria, and it has built a genuinely strong name locally over more than 15 years in the trade. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work, and the consensus around Mordialloc is that they are just as comfortable on a fresh renovation or new build as they are sorting out a system for a business.

Scott and Tom, two of their technicians, are mentioned by name for the way they walk you through the options rather than pushing a single product. People who have had them out talk about work on ducted and split systems that was well organised, coordinated neatly alongside builders and architects, and finished to a high standard. More than one household has gone back for the next job, which tells you plenty.

The things locals bring up again and again are the practical ones: turning up on time, keeping in touch through the job, and leaving the place clean and tidy. One person who had both systems installed put it simply, saying the tradesmen were courteous and left the home spotless. They offer free quotes, which makes getting a price on a new install or an upgrade straightforward.

If you are weighing up ducted or split system heating and cooling in Mordialloc and want a team that explains the choices clearly and does tidy work, Mercury is worth a try. Ask them to come out and quote, and check timing and availability directly when you book.
