About Alpha Air

Alpha Air is a family-owned heating and cooling business working out of Braeside, Victoria, and it's the kind of air conditioning technician people in the area happily recommend to friends and family. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, multi-head split systems, evaporative cooling, gas ducted heating and VRV/VRF systems, looking after homes and builders alike. If you've got a single room to sort or a whole house to fit out, this is a team that covers the ground.

What comes up again and again when you ask around is the experience from the first phone call through to the final tidy-up. Locals point to the quoting stage as a real strength, with clear advice, prompt follow-ups and plenty of communication by text and phone along the way. People who have had multiple split systems put in talk about installers turning up when they said they would, working neatly and efficiently, and leaving the place clean with no rubbish left behind. One customer has mentioned shopping around with different installers before landing on Alpha Air for the overall service rather than just the price.

The team itself gets named warmly: sales, admin, site supervisors, mechanics, electricians and apprentices all working together on the day. Folks describe them as professional, friendly and respectful, happy to explain how a new system works and encouraging questions rather than rushing off. One household summed up a big five-split install by praising how the crew worked as a genuine team from start to finish. The technicians are licensed, and the work is done with care and attention to detail.

Alpha Air serves Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. For pricing and timing, it's best to give them a call or get in touch, and check their current hours when you book.
