About G.J. Bradding

G.J. Bradding Heating & Cooling Systems has been looking after homes, offices and commercial buildings for 45 years, and the word around Newcomb is that they are one of the names people keep going back to. Family-owned and based here in Victoria, they handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, along with gas-ducted and hydronic heating and more.

Check with those who've had them out and the same things come up: a technician who turns up on time, explains what needs doing and does it properly. Split systems and ducted units are a big part of what they do, and people talk warmly about the install crews who work right through the day, double-check parts with the household before proceeding and leave the place spotless. One local summed up an install of several splits by saying the only sign the team had been there was a warmer house. The team is known for keeping people in the loop, with the office organising booking times and quotes sent through without fuss.

Plenty of locals mention the free quotes and the no-pressure approach, with the owner often coming out to look at the job and go through the paperwork before anything starts. Repeat customers are common here, with folks having Bradding back for both cooling and heating because they listen first and then suggest what actually suits the house. More than one person has praised how quickly a fault gets diagnosed and sorted on the day.

Now and then there is the odd hiccup, usually around rescheduling or a repair that needed following up, and when something went wrong the office stepped in to arrange a fix. Overall though, the mood locally is overwhelmingly positive. If you need an air conditioning technician in Newcomb for a split system, ducted heating or cooling, or a commercial job, they are worth considering.
