People who've had them out often point to how clearly the office and the technician explain things, laying out the options before any work goes ahead. One local who was weighing up whether to repair old split systems or replace them came away happy with the advice and with a new Mitsubishi unit fitted, even where the pipework made for a tricky job.

A few things come up again and again: the team turns up on time, keeps in touch through the job, and leaves the place clean and tidy. Tim's name gets mentioned warmly for his work, and Barb and Amy in the office are the first point of contact for a lot of people, known for being polite and keeping customers informed. We've heard of jobs sorted first time, from a cafe's fridges brought back to temperature to a leaking rooftop unit fixed on a hot day. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, and they carry licensed technicians on the team.

It's a mostly happy picture, though we've heard the odd grumble about follow-up after a job, so if something's not right it's worth staying on the phone with the office to see it through. For most people who've used them, Climaterite is the kind of air conditioning technician they call back and recommend to friends.
