About Heat Cool Masters

Heat Cool Masters is a familiar name for heating and cooling around Vermont, Victoria, and the team keeps busy with split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work. Founded in 1972, the business works across major brands and brings in licensed technicians for the job, with free, no-obligation quotes before anything starts.

What locals mention most is the crew who actually turn up. Harry's name comes up again and again for being professional, polite and genuinely good to have onsite, and we've heard the same about James, Owen and Daniel on installations. People talk about jobs being sorted properly, from a straightforward split system through to a full heating and cooling replacement, with technicians who clean up after themselves and take the time to explain what they are doing. One local described a tricky heater fault, including a rodent-chewed wire that meant crawling under the house, being put right before a weekend full of visitors.

A few other things locals appreciate: the team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and the final bill tends to match the quote. Several people also point to the help with rebates as a real bonus, taking some of the paperwork headache off their plate.

Opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about communication dropping off on more complex jobs, so it's worth staying in touch as things progress. Still, one customer who's had them out said they'd use the team again for their next heating or cooling job. If you need a quote or have a system that needs looking at, check in with them to talk through the options.
