About C & M Airconditioning

C & M Airconditioning is a locally owned business based in Pakenham, and the word around the area is that Carl and his team know their trade inside out. They handle split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, along with commercial work and emergency breakdowns. Their own refrigeration mechanics do the work, and the team is ARCtick licensed and VBA registered, so you are dealing with qualified people throughout.

People who have had them out talk about how promptly Carl gets back to them and how easy he makes the whole process, from quoting through to installation. We hear he takes the time to help households pick the right size unit for their space, and more than one person has mentioned the care taken on the finer details, right down to cutting around decorative wall mouldings so a unit sits flush. The young apprentices and installers get a good wrap too, named locally as polite, efficient and happy to walk you through how everything works once it is in.

Tidy work is part of the picture here, with the crew cleaning up after themselves and talking you through the job. A property manager has leaned on them as a preferred trade, which tells you something about the consistency and follow-up. On the hot days when other places were closed, Carl has turned up to sort out failing systems, and emergency call-outs are part of what they offer.

They cover a good span of Melbourne's eastern and south eastern suburbs and West Gippsland from their Pakenham base. If you need a system installed, serviced or repaired, contact them or ask Carl for a quote.
