DGB Refrigeration Pty Ltd

DGB Refrigeration Pty Ltd has been looking after Melbourne homes and businesses for more than 15 years, working across Pascoe Vale, Victoria and the surrounding area. The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and emergency breakdowns, and the business identifies as women-owned.

The verdict around Pascoe Vale is that this is a crew who turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop along the way. People who've had them out mention bills matching the quote given up front, which is the kind of thing locals remember and pass on. We hear they are good at getting an older unit going again rather than reaching straight for a replacement, with one local noting their technician advised keeping a well running unit rather than selling them something new. Honest, up front pricing comes up more than once, and plenty get in touch back for the next job.

They are known for sorting problems first time and for persistence on the tricky ones, including after-hours call-outs when something gives up on a hot night. Names like Ammar, Jimmy and Jack come up among the team, with people saying the techs take the time to explain what's going on and offer sensible advice.

Opinion isn't entirely one-sided, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting someone back out for follow-up work, so it's worth confirming the details before you book. For the most part, though, this is an air conditioning technician business locals keep returning to. Contact them or check in with them to check timing and availability.
