About NTG Electrical & Air Conditioning

NTG Electrical & Air Conditioning is owner-operated by James, who looks after both the electrical side and the heating and cooling work for homes around Ringwood and across Melbourne. On the air conditioning front, the work covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, and ducted systems, so households after a new install or a tune-up have a single local name to call.

The verdict around Ringwood is that James turns up when he says he will and keeps people in the loop from quote through to finishing the job. People who have had him out mention how clearly he explains things before starting, and how he asks for your input and makes sensible suggestions along the way rather than just getting on with it. More than one person has pointed to how tidy he leaves the place, which is the sort of thing you remember long after the job is done.

He is known for reasonable prices and for quoting quickly, and free quotes are part of how he works, so it is easy to ask before committing. One local who had an urgent split system install put on noted James made an effort to fit it into his schedule and had it sorted soon after.

People trust him enough to call him back for the next job, which tells you plenty about how he handles the work and the people he does it for. If you need an air conditioner installed, repaired or serviced in Ringwood, give NTG a call to talk through what you need and check timing.
