D&E Air Conditioning

Frequently Asked Questions About D&E Air Conditioning

What kind of air conditioning work does D&E Air Conditioning in Rowville take on?

D&E Air Conditioning handles air conditioning repairs and servicing, with a focus on commercial work. They take on jobs for businesses and have experience working as a subcontractor for builders and developers, as well as servicing commercial sites around the Rowville area. If you manage a site or run a business needing ongoing servicing, this is their core focus.

Is D&E Air Conditioning in Rowville suited to commercial or strata sites?

Yes, their focus leans towards commercial work, including subcontracting for builders and developers and servicing strata plans and commercial sites. Some commercial locals describe their workmanship as knowledgeable and helpful, and one subcontracting relationship is described as a repeat arrangement. If your site needs regular servicing rather than a one-off domestic job, this is the kind of work they are set up for.

How do repairs typically go with D&E Air Conditioning in Rowville?

Repairs and servicing make up the core of their work. One local notes their approach often favours replacing parts rather than repairing them, which can mean waiting on parts to arrive. Experiences are mixed, so when you contact D&E it is worth asking directly about parts availability and timing for your specific repair before booking the job.

What should I have ready when contacting D&E Air Conditioning in Rowville for a quote?

Since they work across both commercial and repair jobs, it helps to have details on hand such as the make or model of your system, a description of the fault, and access details for the site. For commercial or strata jobs, outlining the scope and number of units needing attention will help them assess the work before quoting.
