About NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps

NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps has built a strong name around Rowville and across Melbourne and Victoria for heat pump hot water and pool heating work, and they handle split system installation too. The business has been installing heat pumps since 2012, with licensed plumbers and electricians doing the hands-on work and the whole operation fully insured. If your gas or electric hot water system has given up, they specialise in emergency replacements, often able to swap a failed unit over the next day.

Ben is the name locals keep coming back to. People who have had him out describe someone who talks them through the options without pressure, answers every question, and gives a straight quote so they can make an informed choice. One homeowner who went two weeks without hot water got in touch and had the whole thing sorted once the rebate came through. Others mention being walked through the wifi setup over the phone and kept in the loop from the first chat right through to after the install.

The on-site crew gets just as much praise. Jake, Sam and the plumbers and electricians who turn up are the kind of tradies who arrive when they say they will, explain each step, and leave the place clean with no mess behind. Several people have had Panasonic and Sanden systems fitted, some tied into existing solar setups, and talk about neat, careful work from installers who take the time to get the details right. One local liked them enough to have the team back for extra jobs, including an air conditioner and an induction cooktop.

The general view around Rowville is that NewGen is easy to deal with and does honest, tidy work. There is a wheelchair-accessible car park at their site. For a hot water or heat pump replacement, or a split system install, get in touch and ask Ben for a quote.
