About O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing handles the air conditioning side of things alongside their broader electrical, plumbing and renewable energy work, covering split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial jobs for homes and businesses around Warrnambool and South-West Victoria. If you need a new split system put in or an older one looked at, they're a familiar name locally and one people keep coming back to.

The thing we hear most about this team is how smoothly a job runs from start to finish. Turning up on time comes up again and again, often with a text beforehand to let you know they're on the way. People appreciate that the communication is clear the whole way through, from the office and admin side to the tradespeople on site, and that they'll check in before ordering a part rather than make the call for you. One local who had a new split system installed noted an unexpected electrical issue was sorted on the spot, leaving nothing for them to organise, which says a lot about having the sparkies and the air con side under one roof.

Tidiness is another one locals mention without fail. More than one person has said the team cleaned up so thoroughly you'd never know they'd been there. There's also warmth in how they work: polite, approachable, happy to explain how a system runs and good with apprentices, families and even the family dog.

The team brings more than 25 years of combined industry experience, and the work is carried out by qualified, licensed and insured tradespeople. They offer clear upfront quotes, so it's worth asking what a job will involve before you commit. Emergency electrical and plumbing help is available too, so ring to check timing and availability. Check with those who've used them and you'll hear the same thing: dependable work, done without fuss.
