About Pez Air

Pez Air is run by Nick Pezzaniti, who brings 10 years in the trade to air conditioning work across Balcatta and the wider Perth area. The business handles split system installations, ducted reverse cycle systems, repairs and routine servicing, along with commercial jobs and emergency breakdowns, for both homes and businesses. One local summed up the experience simply, saying nothing was too much trouble for Nick and his crew.

Ask anyone who's had them out and the same points come up: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place clean once the job is done. People appreciate that the bill lands where the quote said it would, and free quotes are part of how they work. We've heard about jobs that went beyond the brief too, including removing old systems and rubbish, taking out fencing without an extra charge, and coming back to sort out a problem with a new install until it was running properly.

Nick is well known for being easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the options, which matters when you're weighing up which system suits your place. Families have called him back for the next job and passed his name on to relatives, and he's helped out elderly parents and factory units alike. The odd person has mentioned trouble getting a call back, though that runs against the grain of what most locals say about the communication here.

For split system or ducted work around Balcatta, Pez Air is a solid name to call. Ask them for a quote and check timing when you book.
