About Evap Doctor Service & Maintenance

Evap Doctor is a father-and-son business working out of Canning Vale and across Perth, Western Australia, and evaporative cooling is their speciality. They service, repair and maintain evaporative air coolers for households and businesses, and they take care of emergency breakdowns too, so if your cooler quits on a hot day they are set up to help. They also look after property managers and real estate agents who need units kept in good order.

Brett and Jarrad are the names people around here mention most, and the word is that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop about what is being done. Locals appreciate that the bill lines up with the quote and that they leave the place clean when they are finished. More than one person has had them track down and fix a fault in short order, and some mention the little extras, like flagging a few cracked roof tiles before the wet weather sets in. People book them in year after year for their annual service, which tells you plenty.

Between them the team brings over 18 years in the trade, and they are electrical-based, licensed contractors who carry insurance. You can get in touch to book a job or ask for a quote, and it is worth checking timing with them directly, especially through the busy cooling season when they get stretched. For anyone in Canning Vale wanting an evaporative cooling technician who knows the systems inside out, Evap Doctor is a solid name to have on hand.
