About Air Spares Willetton

Air Spares Willetton handles split system installation, repairs and servicing for homes around Willetton, Western Australia, and they also help people track down the right parts for evaporative, ducted and other systems.

People who've had them out speak warmly about the office side of things. More than one local mentions Danielle guiding them through what they needed, and Ellie gets a good word too for chasing down the correct part for an older heater, checking with the service team to be sure it was right. One local who came in just before a long weekend found the counter staff patient and happy to go out to the warehouse for a part even after the warehouse crew had knocked off. On the installation front, Jack and his partner are remembered as professional, polite and tidy, and one household had a leaking unit sorted the same day without fuss. Folks like that the team keeps in touch, turns up when they say they will, and often fixes the fault on the first visit.

Opinion isn't unanimous. A few locals have grumbled about parts pricing and the odd call-back not coming through, so it's worth confirming the cost of any part and the timing of a job up front. They do offer emergency call-outs, and checking availability with them directly is the best way to know where you stand.

They keep weekday hours and are set up with a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance. If you need a split system looked at or a part identified, ring ahead or check in with them.
